Returns
We want you to be happy with everyone of the products you choose from us, that's why we are pleased to have a flexible returns policy, that actually helps should there be any problem!
We are happy to refund any item* within 14 days of purchase if the goods are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
You should immediately contact customer services and they will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and once we receive the item, we will refund the purchase price.
If the items is simply unwanted you will need to pay the postage costs and we recommend sending the parcel by recorded delivery.
Should the return be due to a faulty item, we will also refund the postage costs.
